This is one popular brewer. Aerobie (the frisbee manufacturer) came out with this ingenious brewer that uses force in a syringe-type device to brew coffee.
Simple to use, easy to clean. It doesn't make "espresso" per se, but it makes a surprisingly good, strong cup. I review it on the podcast: AA Cafe #33

Another 350 filters for the Aeropress. It's a lot better than using toilet paper.

The Baratza Maestro burr grinder grinds DoubleShot Coffee consistently without burning or chopping the beans. Makes better coffee. This grinder used to be sold under the Solis brand, and has recently changed to Baratza. It's reliable, solid, and quick. The grind is adjustable from coarse (for presspot or cold brew) to very fine (for espresso) and the hopper is removable so you can see and clean the conical burrs. Ground coffee is ejected into a tight-fitting compartment that won't spray coffee on the counter. You can't buy DoubleShot Coffee pre-ground, and you shouldn't be grinding it with a blade grinder. So buy this burr grinder.

These are the unbleached paper filters for the Chemex Pourover. Made specifically for the Chemex unit. Or if you're like me and you get in a bind, you can always fold up a paper towel. But these filters work better.

This kettle is awesome for making pourover coffee. It's shaped like my Mom's watering can when I was a kid, with a nice long spout for accurate pours. Stainless and stylish. Heat on the stove and pour over your Chemex or V60. Delicious.

This is a great travel grinder or home grinder (especially when the electricity goes off). It's made with ceramic burrs and has a glass cylinder that catches the ground coffee, which makes it much easier to hang onto than the GSI. Relatively easy grind adjustment lets you grind for presspot to pourover.

This is my new favorite brewing method. It's fast and easy and makes just the right amount of coffee. This is a one-cup pourover that sits right on top of a cup. There are paper filters made specifically for this brewer, or you can use generic #4 cone filters from the store. I use 19 grams of coffee, ground for drip, and I pour around 260 grams of water over the grounds.
