Once all our registration spots have been filled, the coffee will be roasted and you will be sent a full 12 ounce bag of the coffee with the commemorative artwork, detailed instructions, a news clipping, and a link to a survey to fill out about your experiences with this coffee.
The coffee itself is another round of the Castillo from Jairo Arcila in Quindio Colombia. The coffee was fermented anaerobically for 72 hours with bananas and wine yeast before the skins were stripped and it was dried in honey process on raised beds. The coffee is limited and when it's all spoken for, every spot in this trial will have been filled.
