This coffee hearkens back to that first sip. It’s wonderfully layered with delicate aromatics, a complete flavor profile incorporating graham with florals, berries, and citrus. Though Ethiopians have long been dry-processing coffees, this one was soaked in water for 72 hours to promote anaerobic fermentation prior to drying, which creates the enhanced complexity in the cup.
